Experience with iChat, Jabber, video ...
Hi, I'm trying to remotely troubleshoot an issue someone is having with iChat and audio/video conferencing. We have users connecting to a Snow Leopard Server (10.6.1) from iChat on 13 identical MacBooks running standard Snow Leopard (10.6.1). We use iChat to connect to the Jabber server over SSL.
One person has been having problems connecting to the server over audio/video. Standard text chats work fine. She doesn't get any error messages, nor does the person at the other end--they both just get a "connecting" message.
The lone variable is that one person uses Comcast Wireless to connect (another person uses Comcast but has a 3rd party wireless router). Just wondering if anyone has any experience with a similar setup, and if so, did you have to do anything to make it work?
