I have travelled extensively all over this planet and have used iChat as the makers intended to enjoy the company of my loved ones.
Why, oh why, does it fail to connect me to my family from any wireless, wired or cellular network that I have been connected to in hotels, cafe's, venues, residential and business's?
My wie can connect easily to any of her friends at home or in other countries.
I have tried all the Apple Test User's and it works perfectly.
Why should I invest in technology that doesn't work? Give my family a taste of whats possible. And then have it removed from our lives.
This has been so frustrating. My kids don't understand why they can see their Dad when he is in any other country in the world. But they can't when he is in the USA. How can it be?
There has to be an answer.
Skype works perfectly every time. But the video quality is appalling. I paid for iChat. I want iChat.
And please do not talk to me about port numbers starting 5xxx.
I don't understand it. And, I certainly can't change it.
