What are the Correct Network Settings ...

I am able to have text chat conversation normally but the audio and video do not work when I am connected to my network. If I switch networks then the audio and video chats do work.

Whenever I try to start a video chat and or audio chat from my network, I get a message that the other person has declined my invitation (and in reality they did not decline).

So it seems that there is something going on with my home network settings but I don't know what exactly is the problem. Can anyone help?
