iChat 4.0.8- "Host Refuses Connection" ...

Just today as I logged into ichat I received the message "Host Refuses the Connection, try again later."
Both my AIM and @mac.com accounts will not connect. I can use the wifi at school and log in, but here at home on ethernet it is refusing.
How do I fix this?
